How can you become involved with the museum?

The museum would not be where it is today without community involvement.  We rely on volunteers for all sorts of activities at the museum.

Who can volunteer?   ANYONE

  1. If you are a high school student and are looking to complete your 40 hours or in the co-op program … give us a call.
  2. If you are a history detective … you can become a Research Volunteer.
  3. If you are a computer geek … you can become a Data Entry Volunteer.
  4. If you like to sew … you  can become a Collections Volunteer.
  5. If you are a people person and like to chat  … you can become a docent.
  6. If you love your community and know a bit about objects related to Strathroy-Caradoc … you can put your name in the hat to be part of the Collections Committee.

This of course is just a sample of the activities that you can do at the museum.

Call the museum today to set up an appointment to volunteer.
